Hello, Saladin! Your sneaky self-pimping post on Whatever hs led me to check your blog again ;)

A MOVE! It's big, but as someone who did pretty much the same thing when my daughter was 1year old (job related + bigger house + "I want my mummy"! type thing), I would suggest you are TOTALLY doing the right thing. Metropolitan culture and an ocean view can wait until the backyard is no longer needed.

I hope you win the John W Campbell this time, and I will hopefully win the Best Talent Australian Ditmar, and we can be continent-spanning soaring parralel careers.

Only, I just made my first pro sale (do you get Cosmos magazine where you are?) so watch out for me to jump over onto your continent at some future stage ;)
